They never walk alone
Yet know so many paths
My old shoes

I hear
My eyes are opening
I am awakening

The tree next to me
Does not grow in my town
Autumn breeze

Through barn’s window
A branch of a nearby tree
Brought in flowers

As it falls
A poplar leaf
Sways for the last time

Heavy rainfall
It is dry
Under horses hoofs

A desert island
Far-off from mainland
The tide is approaching

A stone sunk
Circles keep moving
Towards the lake shore

Far away from home
River that flows
Brings water from my village

Silent night
I strain my ear to hear
Wind on the moon
